Problem

Homecare agencies often split scheduling, caregiver coordination, care notes, billing, and documents across separate tools. That slows teams down and makes sensitive work harder to track.

Solution

I helped build a backend-first operations system with tenant isolation, role-aware workflows, audit trails, and live operational views so agencies could run day-to-day care delivery from one place.

Technical highlights

  • • Tenant-scoped data access and ownership checks are enforced in the backend, not trusted to the client.
  • • Scheduling, care logs, payroll, invoicing, and receivables are modeled as lifecycle-driven workflows.
  • • Audit logs, notifications, and activity views give teams a clearer record of operational changes.
  • • Caregiver-facing mobile flows were delivered as part of the same product system.
